I love finding an item that seems to go with everything, and bags are the hardest items. I’m not really a bag kinda girl; I have a small but curated selection. However, recently I looked through my bag collection and decided an update was needed – out with the old and in with…the Zara.
This Zara bag caught my eye whilst shopping in Rhodes, Greece when on holiday. It reminded me of a smaller version of my Zara Office City Bag (very similar here), which whilst practical and great to carry around everything I need plus the kitchen sink can sometimes be cumbersome. The monochrome sections instantly drew me in, and I feel the tan makes a lovely addition and lends itself to that neutral colour palette. This bag really goes with everything; just switch it round according to the outfit you are wearing it with. It could also be a daytime clutch if you really wanted.
The tan and black are zippable, which is where I keep the important things like my purse and diary, and because the white section housing the strap only has a magnetic clasp, in here I tend to keep my keys and oyster card. It is one of those visually deceptive bags, as it holds more than it would seem to by the size. It also comes in Two-Tone Berry and Nude, which is seriously on trend for Autumn/Winter. At £25.99 this bag is a steal, so it would only be right to have it in both colours right? Right???
